Ho Chi Minh City

Da Nang
Our second delivery centre, opened in 2026. Estimators and detailers trained on the same checklists and software as Ho Chi Minh City, led by an estimating team leader on site. Address to be published.
Trained to Australian standards, on your software
Every person on a client account works from a written checklist built from the relevant Australian standard — AS 1684 span tables, NASH NS100 solutions, AS 4100 detailing conventions, the applicable NCC edition — and from the client's own drawing standards and templates. We sponsor accredited training on MiTek, Pryda, Multinail, Tekla Structures and Revit, and completion is a titled step on our progression ladder.
Two reviews sit behind every deliverable: a senior detailer or estimator in Vietnam, then a named Australian reviewer. First-pass yield is tracked per person and reported to clients monthly.
The progression ladder
- Estimator — civil or construction engineer, trained on take-off and nail-plate estimating
- Senior Estimator — owns a client account's throughput and quality
- Detailer — wall, truss or steel detailing after sponsored certification
- Senior Detailer — reviews others' work; formally trains the next cohort
- Team Leader — owns a delivery team, its metrics and its succession plan
The person who learned your job stays on your job
A trained detailer or estimator is the asset, so we manage retention deliberately: market pay with published bands, a progression ladder with real titles and named succession plans, sponsored certification, flexible hours, and transport, meal and family allowances. If someone does leave, we replace them at our cost and the team leader who has been on your account throughout manages the handover.
Two centres also give continuity: work can move between Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, every seat has UPS-backed equipment, and a written continuity plan covers weather and outages.
Data stays in Australia
Every seat works on a virtual desktop inside the client's environment or ours. Files are never copied to local devices in Vietnam. Our Vietnamese entity is bound contractually to the Australian Privacy Principles, IP is assigned in every employment agreement, and we complete a Data Transfer Impact Assessment under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law for engagements involving personal data.
