What we deliver

Scope

  • Whole-of-house take-offs. Frames, trusses, floor systems, lining, cladding, roofing, windows and fit-out measured from architectural and structural sets, in your template.
  • Trade take-offs. Quantities for a single trade package, structured to the way your suppliers quote and your estimators price.
  • Bills of quantities and tender pricing. BOQs to your rate library; tender pricing and variation pricing prepared for your estimating manager's review.
  • Nail-plate estimating. Frame and truss quotes in MiTek Sapphire Estimator, Pryda Price-It or Multinail for plants and their builder customers.
  • Supplier and subcontractor comparisons. Quote levelling, scope gap analysis, and preliminaries build-ups.
  • Estimate maintenance. Re-measures on revisions, cost-to-complete updates, and library maintenance.

FAQ

Common questions

How quickly can an offshore estimator be productive?

On take-offs, within two to four weeks in your template. On full tender pricing to your rate library, allow six to twelve weeks of paired work. We report first-pass yield from the first job so you can see the curve.

Do you price to Australian rates?

We price to your rate library and your supplier quotes. We do not invent Australian rates; an estimator who has never bought timber in Melbourne should not be guessing what it costs. Rates are yours, quantities and build-ups are ours.

Can you work from PDFs and hand-marked drawings?

Yes. PDF and DWG take-offs in PlanSwift or Bluebeam are the standard input. Where you have Revit models we can quantify from the model.

What is the pilot?

One tender: a defined drawing set, your template, an agreed turnaround, and a fixed fee. You compare our quantities to your own and decide.

Can you support quantity surveying work?

Yes — measurement to your method, BOQ preparation and cost-plan support for QS practices and builders' commercial teams, under your quantity surveyor's review.

Start with a pilot, not a headcount.

Fixed fee, a named Australian reviewer, and a first-pass-yield number you can check. Convert to a dedicated seat when the work proves itself.
