BIM, Revit & clash detection

BIM, Revit & Clash Detection — coordination capacity, unrestricted

Revit modelling to agreed LOD, federated coordination and clash detection in your CDE, on Australian hours. 3D modelling and clash detection are not a prescribed engineering service in any Australian state.

Coordinators working on federated models at dual-monitor workstations
Model coordination and clash resolution to ISO 19650 conventions.
What we deliver

Scope

  • Revit modelling. Architectural, structural and MEP modelling to agreed LOD, in your template and family library.
  • Model federation and coordination. Navisworks federation, clash detection, clash reports grouped by discipline and priority, resolution tracking.
  • Shop-drawing extraction. Fabrication and installation drawings extracted from coordinated models — LGS panels, steel, cladding, ductwork.
  • Scan-to-BIM and as-built models. Point-cloud to Revit modelling for refurbishment and as-built records.
  • Quantity extraction. Model-based schedules and quantities feeding your estimating team.
  • ISO 19650 information management. Naming, CDE workflows, information exchanges and model checking to your BIM execution plan.

Who buys this

Built for

Designers and architects

Revit modelling to LOD 300–350 from your design, families and sheet setup in your template.

Designers

Prefab, modular and BTR

LOD 400 production models coordinating frame, LGS, cladding and services for offsite manufacture.

Prefab

Larger builders

Federated model management, clash reports and RFI generation across consultant models.

Builders
Regulatory position. BIM modelling and clash detection are not prescribed engineering services and are unrestricted. Where a model carries structural design intent, the design stays with your engineer; we model what they have designed. Read the full guardrails →

FAQ

Common questions

What LOD do you deliver?

LOD 300–350 for design coordination and documentation; LOD 400 for prefab and fabrication models. We agree the LOD and the model element table before starting.

Do you run clash detection or just model?

Both. Federation in Navisworks, clash matrices by discipline, grouped reports with screenshots and resolution tracking, and RFIs drafted for your review.

Can you work in our Autodesk Construction Cloud project?

Yes. We work inside your CDE with role-based access; models are never downloaded to local devices in Vietnam.

What is a BIM pilot?

One model or one coordination cycle: a defined scope, LOD, sheet or clash-report output, turnaround and fixed fee, reviewed by your BIM manager.

What hours do your modellers keep?

Australian hours. Coordination meetings fall inside your working day.

Start with a pilot, not a headcount.

Fixed fee, a named Australian reviewer, and a first-pass-yield number you can check. Convert to a dedicated seat when the work proves itself.
