Documentation is the factory's critical path
A prefab or modular manufacturer discovers on the factory floor what a site builder discovers over months: every uncoordinated penetration, every panel that does not match the module, every duct that clashes with a lintel. Documentation for offsite manufacture has to be at LOD 400 and it has to be coordinated across trades that traditionally document separately.
Because we detail timber frame, light gauge steel, cladding setout and ductwork, and model in Revit, we can coordinate them in one federated model rather than reconciling four sets of drawings from four providers.

A module manufactured in Victoria for a project in Queensland is designed to NCC 2025 in one place and assessed to NCC 2022 in the other. We note the edition, the state variations and the applicable registration regime on every set, and keep the certifying act with your registered practitioner in the project's state.

What LOD do you produce for manufacture?
LOD 400 for production; LOD 300–350 for approvals and design coordination. Agreed in a model element table before we start.
Do you work with our roll-former and panel line?
FRAMECAD, Howick and Scottsdale outputs, and timber panel line outputs from your nail-plate software.
What is the pilot?
